Guardianship partnership success story
Court-Appointed Guardian contacted us for help in maximizing the sale of a distressed property for an elderly homeowner struggling with mental illness. Proceeds from the sale would pay for the ongoing medical and assisted living expenses of the senior.
Lacking support from family or friends, the struggling elder was living in squalor in a home with floor-covered feces and a terrible case of hoarding. Since increasing sale value was paramount, renovations and hazard cleaning were necessary before the property could be listed.
